Clinical
Cases Needed for Interactive Discussion!
Submit a case and attend the dinner meeting to
receive a free registration for any Imedex or
American School of Oncology meeting held in the
United States until December 1, 2008.
Share your experiences by joining this interactive
case discussion and submit a representative case
you see every day in your clinic or practice.
Opinions and discussion by key thought leaders
on your actual cases will provide valuable management
insight for all attendees.
Submit
cases in any of the following areas:
- The
initial therapy of a CML patient who may be
a candidate for a bone marrow transplant
-
Therapy for a patient with newly diagnosed
chronic phase CML who is not a candidate for
a bone marrow transplant
-
Second line treatment options for someone
who has relapsed after imatinib therapy
Submit
a brief, written description of the defining characteristics
of the case and the management options you considered
at that time. Any follow up results and outcomes
are welcome, but not necessary.
**Cases need to be submitted 3 days prior to the
dinner meeting. One free registration per person;
case does not need to be selected to receive a
free registration.**

Formatting Guidelines
- Include
topic before case description

Case descriptions must be written in English

Case description and treatment choices: Word
document format, 10 point Arial font, 200
word count limit

Case follow-up and outcomes: If included,
please limit to an additional 100 word limit

Either prose or outline form is acceptable

Must conform to HIPAA regulations regarding
patient confidentiality

Use standard and well-accepted abbreviations
only

Disclosure
